Guilt Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Check out our low calorie pumpkin pie recipe, which will relieve some of the holiday binge eating guilt.
No Crust, Chocolate-Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin (2 tsp)
2 tsp real butter (no butter substitutes)
1 tbs Imitation Rum Flavor
12 oz Semi-sweet white chocolate chips
4 oz pumpkin paste
0.5 oz Corn Starch
¼ Cup Water
1 ¼ Cup Rice Milk
4 oz Low fat cream cheese
Directions:
In small sauce pan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in butter until melted.
In top of double boiler, combine chocolate chip, rum, pumpkin, gelatin mix, milk, and corn starch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Take out of flame, add cream cheese, and stir until cream cheese is melted.
Pour into dessert dishes, chill until firm.
