Looking good.. feeling better!
OK, so I did my 30 mins of exercise no sweat last night, got to bed early, too (11 pm for me is early). I’m feeling much better today than I did yesterday morning. Whew! I haven’t been paying much attention to my weight numbers until today: 176.6! I’m down to the weight I was in my freshman year of college! Another 4 lbs or so, and I’ll be down to my high school weight.
I’m pumped. But – I guarantee I’m going to have a hard time staying on diet when I go on my date in Vegas on Saturday. I really hope I don’t gain anything, but I can virtually guarantee that I won’t lose that day, or possibly a few days afterwards.
I’m not too concerned, however. I still have about 2 weeks to go, and I’ll definitely be down to my lean weight by then! It feels great!
