<p>I&#8217;m planning on continuing my blogging during the 3 weeks of maintenance, and I&#8217;ll be attending some of the classes, and reporting on them, too. I&#8217;ll be attending Marium&#8217;s body types class on Monday, and I&#8217;ll be sure to take some photos, and maybe some video, too!</p>

<p>I haven&#8217;t lost as much as I know I should have this go-around. Totally my fault, what with cheating on the diet in Vegas. I also have had a hard time drinking as much water as I should have. But &#8212; pounds lost are still pounds lost.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As of yesterday, I was finally back down to my pre-Vegas weight. Note to those who are planning on coming here to do this diet: <strong>Don&#8217;t go to Vegas</strong> for any reason whatsoever.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m pretty sure I&#8217;m not going to hit my target of 170 by the end of the diet, but this run has really reinforced my commitment to healthy eating. Nothing fatty or high-carb even sounds appealing in the least bit to me.</p>
<p>On a different note, I haven&#8217;t exercised for about 2 days. I&#8217;m starting to run really low on energy in the evenings (daylight savings time sucks). I&#8217;m feeling better so far today, and I&#8217;m going to make a point of doing my workout tonight.</p>

<p>At least now I&#8217;m back on the wagon! Today&#8217;s lunch was grilled chicken with diced tomatoes. Very tasty. I do believe that the food here at the spa has gotten much better over the last couple of weeks. I can safely say that the HCG meals are very close to par with the standard spa cuisine.</p>
<p>I think some others could back me up on this?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, so I did my 30 mins of exercise no sweat last night, got to bed early, too (11 pm for me is early). I&#8217;m feeling much better today than I did yesterday morning. Whew! I haven&#8217;t been paying much attention to my weight numbers until today: 176.6! I&#8217;m down to the weight I was in my freshman year of college! Another 4 lbs or so, and I&#8217;ll be down to my high school weight.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m pumped. But &#8211; I guarantee I&#8217;m going to have a hard time staying on diet when I go on my date in Vegas on Saturday. I really hope I don&#8217;t gain anything, but I can virtually guarantee that I won&#8217;t lose that day, or possibly a few days afterwards.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not too concerned, however. I still have about 2 weeks to go, and I&#8217;ll definitely be down to my lean weight by then! It feels great!</p>

<p>Fat days &#8212; Done already.</p>
<p>Current Weight: 186.4</p>
<p>I actually gained a bit during the South Beach phase of the diet, but that was because of my inability to stay away from carbohydrates. Tasty, tasty Carbohydrates. I kinda figured it would be hard to do. Bread is a weakness of mine.</p>
<p>So: fat days in a nutshell &#8212; Day 1: Mickey D&#8217;s breakfast, quesadilla lunch, In-N-Out dinner: No gain of any weight. Day 2: Same breakfast and lunch, Olive Garden for dinner. I have to say that their 4 cheese mezzaluna with sausage: Fat city. I gained a total of about 1.5 lbs, and I&#8217;m pretty sure that was just from dinner.</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t stand high-fat now. It just doesn&#8217;t taste good to me. It was very difficult to get through the fat days, even harder than last time.</p>
<p>I think that the diet will be going more smoothly than it did last time, I know the drill. I&#8217;m going to try to mix up my dinners a little bit. I was kind of a one trick pony with my Citrus Chicken and Spinach last time. It actually got old after a while, even though it was tasty.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m feeling a little bit tired because of the lack of the hCG shot today, but that&#8217;s to be expected. I&#8217;m thinking these 3 days may be harder than the 2 fat days a the beginning of the diet. As the hCG goes out of my system, I&#8217;m thinking I may feel pretty hungry on 500 calories a day.</p>
<p>Well, I&#8217;m powering through anyway. No cheating, eating exactly what I need to.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going shopping after work today to grab some meat and more veggies. I think I&#8217;ll pick up some beef instead of chicken this time.</p>
