Moving on down
the scale is on the move downward again and I am still on pace to get to my target weight of 200 pounds or less. I will be hosting a couple of cookouts this weekend and I will be attending a couple of others so I will need to be disciplined.
I have come to realize that if a person waits for the perfect time to change their eating habits, they will never be able to change. In my family, we have a lot of birthday celebrations and graduations and baby blessings etc., and we almost always include food in each party so I’ll just have to learn how to say ”no thanks”.
