Day 11: Weight 235.6

Maybe starving made me lose more weight, but I doubt it. I will say that today has been one of the most expensive days for food. The people that I’m traveling with are eating at the area restaurants and the restaurants have been very accommodating. I have ordered the same thing twice, a Caesar salad with nothing on it, no dressing, no cheese, nothing but romaine lettuce and a 3 oz of chicken breast; while everyone else ate truly amazing food.

Today was also a really active day. The purpose of the trip was to go snow shoeing. It is really good cardio and I pushed myself to keep up. I’m not in amazing shape, but I did feel even more tired. I was told not to do really strenuous exercise, but I wasn’t missing-out on the experience.

Also, I had some vegetable broth with dinner. I’m concerned that it may have had some oil in it, but the bowl was $13.50 so I ate it. Speaking of expensive food, I also paid $5.00 for an apple. There is a principle to be learned from this trip. BE PREPARED. Just like the Boy Scouts of America.

Kenley, come on, next installment please! I’m dying to know how things are going for you. You’ve got an iron will…..geez, a Caesar salad nix all but romaine lettuce? What kind of twisted logic is that? I am so impressed by your determination in the face of all this temptation. and snow shoeing on top of it all. Major exertion!!

Thanks for your compliments! I’m dedicated to this diet and, in all honesty, i’m finding that the diet is getting easier to do the longer I’m on in. The cravings are definitely less and I’m finally starting to see some results. I’m not going to start modeling any time soon, but i’m feeling better
